• ਇਸ ਪਹਿਲ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਰੇਬੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਟਰੈਕਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ, ਵਧੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਉਪਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ
• ਪੁਡੂਚੇਰੀ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀਕਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਟਲ ਇਨਕਿਊਬੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਰਿਵਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ 'ਰਬੀ-ਟ੍ਰੈਕ ਰਿਵਰ ਐਪ' ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
