- Punjab Cabinet Ministers S. Hardeep Singh Mundian and S. Laljit Singh Bhullar today kick started the “Mera Ghar, Mera Maan” scheme from Tarn Taran district and distributed property cards to beneficiaries of 11 villages of Tarn Taran constituency who are given ownership rights of land and properties located within Lal Lakir.
- The Cabinet Minister informed that the scheme is being implemented in mission mode and will cover the entire state by December 2026.
- He said this initiative will give ownership rights to residents living within Abadi Deh areas commonly known as Lal Lakir.
- Mundian informed the beneficiaries that the property card will serve as a clear, digital and government-certified record of ownership of their land.

- ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਮੋਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਸੰਬਰ 2026 ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰੇ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਕਵਰ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
- ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਲਾਲ ਲਕੀਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਅਬਾਦੀ ਦੇਹ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ।
- ਮੁੰਡੀਅਨ ਨੇ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਕਾਰਡ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਦੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ, ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

- Kerala launched 'Norka Care,' a new health and accident insurance scheme for Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs), including students studying abroad.
- Target beneficiaries:
- All Keralite expatriates and students aged 18 to 70 with a valid Norka ID card (Pravasi ID, NRK ID, or Student ID) are eligible.
- The scheme provides cashless treatment across a network of over 16,000 hospitals in India, including more than 500 in Kerala.
- The annual premium is offered at competitive rates, with an individual plan costing ₹8,101 and a family plan (for four) costing ₹13,411 (including GST).
- ਕੇਰਲ ਨੇ 'ਨੋਰਕਾ ਕੇਅਰ' ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਗੈਰ-ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਕੇਰਲ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ (ਐਨਆਰਕੇ) ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ।

- ਸਾਰੇ ਕੇਰਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਅਤੇ 18 ਤੋਂ 70 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੈਧ ਨੋਰਕਾ ਆਈਡੀ ਕਾਰਡ (ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਆਈਡੀ, ਐਨਆਰਕੇ ਆਈਡੀ, ਜਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਈਡੀ) ਯੋਗ ਹਨ।
- ਇਹ ਸਕੀਮ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ 16,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੈਟਵਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਦ ਰਹਿਤ ਇਲਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਰਲ ਦੇ 500 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
- ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਮ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗੀ ਦਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਪਲਾਨ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ 8,101 ਰੁਪਏ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਪਲਾਨ (ਚਾਰ ਲਈ) ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ 13,411 ਰੁਪਏ (ਜੀਐਸਟੀ ਸਮੇਤ) ਹੈ।
