RIVER designs mobile app to strengthen rabies surveillance /ਰਿਵਰ ਨੇ ਰੇਬੀਜ਼ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਐਪ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ /
- The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Veterinary Education and Research (RIVER) has developed the Rabi-Track RIVER App, a mobile application designed to enhance rabies surveillance efforts.
- This initiative aims to improve the tracking and management of rabies cases, contributing to more effective control measures
- The ‘Rabi-Track RIVER App’ was developed by RIVER in collaboration with the Atal Incubation Centre, Puducherry Technological University.
- ਰਾਜੀਵ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ ਵੈਟਰਨਰੀ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਂਡ ਰਿਸਰਚ (ਰਿਵਰ) ਨੇ ਰੇਬੀਜ਼ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਇੱਕ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਰਬੀ-ਟ੍ਰੈਕ ਰਿਵਰ ਐਪ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
- ਇਸ ਪਹਿਲ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਰੇਬੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਟਰੈਕਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ, ਵਧੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਉਪਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ
- ਪੁਡੂਚੇਰੀ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀਕਲ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਟਲ ਇਨਕਿਊਬੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਰਿਵਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ 'ਰਬੀ-ਟ੍ਰੈਕ ਰਿਵਰ ਐਪ' ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
